and guest wi-fi to maximize productivity

The tenant meal area available witha comfortable table availble to all renters and their guests to use for short meetings of up to 6 people. Please use COVID safe behavior incluing distancing and masks are required in all open public area

Handicappled accessable bathroom and entry to the main floor and all facilities  via ramped fire escape

Nine parking spots available 

for renters and their guests, with turn around access for entry and exit.

Two half-bathrooms located in the facility, with a common lunch/break room, with refrigerator, microwave and dining seating available. 

There is a full laundry facility as well as shower available separately for those who choose to exercise during the day 

or ride a bike to and from work

Situated on 14 acres with access to local neighborhoods and forest paths, you can take a break and get some exercise during your busy day, walking, running or biking all available.
